Easy Beef & Spinach Burritos

 Here is another entire main meal, wrapped and ready in minutes to eat. Just add a side salad or cup of soup and enjoy. 


Ingredients:

6 DIEGO'S Flour Tortilla Wraps (warmed according to package directions)

500 gms lean Beef Mince
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
½ teaspoon ground Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 package frozen chopped spinach , defrosted or 1 can spinach. drained by patting with paper towels
1 cup chunky Mexican salsa (fresh or store bought)
1 cup grated cheese

 Preparation:

1.  In a large nonstick fry pan, brown beef mince over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

2.  Pour off drippings.

3.  Season beef with chilli powder, cumin, salt and pepper.

4.  Stir in spinach and salsa, heat through.

5.  Remove from heat, stir in cheese.

6.  To serve, spoon ½ cup beef mixture in centre of each warm tortilla.

7.  Fold burrito style.
